Embodied Movement Collective
A safe space to come home to yourself.
Pilates and a community built entirely for women who are done with high-pressure fitness and ready for something that actually supports them.
Our philosophy
EMC exists because so many women have spent years treating their bodies like a project to fix rather than a home to return to. So I built something different: pilates that meets your nervous system where it is, and a community that never asks you to perform.
Whether you're here for a stronger back, a quieter mind, or simply a place that's gentle with you, you belong here exactly as you are.
One membership. Movement and community, together.
Everything inside EMC is designed to work as one whole, not separate products.

What women say when they come home.
Real words from inside the EMC community.
“I can always find something that feels right for me on the day.”
I’ve really been loving Embodied Movement Collective. What I appreciate most is the variety of different classes to choose from, so I can always find something that feels right for me on the day. Kos is also very mindful on ensuring you listen to your body on the day and don’t over exert yourself.
I especially love having access to the recorded classes because it gives me flexibility and also the Thursday night live class has also become something I really look forward to.
Michelle M., EMC member“For the first time in a long time I feel so in tune and connected with what my body needs.”
The Embodied Movement Collective’s online platform is something I’ve never experienced before. From having a slow morning with breath work, strength exercises and stabilisation the platform Kos has created is something I can’t put into words.
For the first time in a long time I feel so in tune and connected with what my body needs. Some days it’s simply 10 or 15 minutes of stretching and breath work, others it’s a pulsing glute bridge for the strong empowerment. It’s simply movement that brings me back to my body, and back to my body safe space in the comfort of my home.
Hannah P., EMC memberThe face behind EMC
Hi, I'm Kos.
I built EMC because I was tired of watching women, including myself, treat their bodies like projects to fix. This is a different kind of space: pilates that meets you as you are.
Whatever brought you here today, I'm glad you're here.
Kos
